How to Play PredictClash
Make your predictions, choose how confident you are, and climb the leaderboard when the results are graded. PredictClash is currently free to play—no purchase or entry fee is required.
The basics
Enter a contest in four steps

Create your account
Sign up with one account, verify your email when asked, and review the Terms of Use before participating.

Choose an open contest
Open the Contests page and review the entry deadline, contest dates, questions, prize pool, and paid places.

Make every prediction
Choose one of the two response options for each question, then choose a confidence level for every answer.

Review and submit
Submit before entries close. Your submitted picks are final, so check every answer and confidence level first.
Risk and reward
Confidence scoring
Confidence controls how many points you can gain or lose. Back your strongest predictions with higher confidence and use lower confidence when you are less certain.

Pending questions
A question that has not been officially graded adds zero points and does not count toward your correct-answer percentage yet.
Inconclusive questions
When a question is officially graded inconclusive, it is treated as correct for scoring under the current rules.
Your percentage
Correct-answer percentage uses only resolved questions. Your leaderboard position is based on score first—not percentage alone.
Standings
How leaderboard rank is decided
- Highest confidence score Your total points across all resolved questions.
- Most correct answers Used when two players have the same score.
- Earliest completed submission Used when score and correct answers are tied. This rewards players who submitted with less available knowledge (e.g., player injuries, active roster, weather)
- Final system tie-break Remaining ties use the account’s internal creation order so every player receives a deterministic position. Getting to this stage is extremely unlikely but theoretically possible.
Leaderboards may change as questions are graded, corrected, or declared inconclusive. Results are not final until the contest has been reviewed and finalized. The criteria used for ranking contests may change in the future.

Important participation rules
Eligibility
You must be at least 13. Participants ages 13–17 need the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Participation is void where prohibited.
One person, one account
Do not create or control multiple accounts, share accounts, impersonate another person, or use inaccurate information.
No automation or manipulation
Bots, scripts, unauthorized automation, collusion, exploits, and attempts to manipulate contests or leaderboards are not allowed.
Official grading
PredictClash determines official answers and may correct or revise grading when information changes or an error is found.
Contest changes
A contest or question may be changed, postponed, suspended, declared inconclusive, or canceled when circumstances require it.
Prizes and verification
Displayed prizes and paid positions are subject to the contest rules, eligibility review, account verification, and the full Terms of Use.

Does it cost anything to play?
PredictClash is currently free to play. No purchase, deposit, subscription, or entry fee is required.
Can I change my picks after submitting?
No. Review the complete ballot before submitting because submitted answers and confidence levels are final.
Why did my leaderboard position change?
Standings recalculate as answers are officially graded or corrected. Other players’ scores may also move at the same time.
What happens if an event cannot be graded normally?
The affected question may remain pending, be graded inconclusive, be corrected later, or be removed under the contest and site rules.
How do I receive a prize?
Eligible rewards are added to your PredictClash balance after results are finalized. You can then request a withdrawal using a supported method, which right now is only BitcoinCash, but more will be added in the future.
