Terms of Use and Participation Agreement
Effective August 23, 2026 · Version 2026-08-23.3
PredictClash is the name of this website and service. In these Terms, “PredictClash,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer collectively to the website and service and the persons or entities involved in owning, operating, administering, hosting, maintaining, or supporting them, together with their representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “PredictClash Parties”).
These Terms of Use and Participation Agreement (“Terms”) govern access to and use of PredictClash, including its contests, predictions, leaderboards, prizes, comments, account features, and cryptocurrency withdrawal services.
By clicking “I Agree” or using PredictClash after these Terms are presented, you confirm that you have read and agree to them. If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on the participant’s behalf. If you do not agree, do not use PredictClash.
1. Eligibility and Minors
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or participate in PredictClash.
If you are 18 or older, you may accept these Terms for yourself. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may use PredictClash only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.
A parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms authorizes the minor’s participation, agrees to supervise the minor’s use of PredictClash, and accepts responsibility for the minor’s compliance with these Terms. PredictClash may require the parent or guardian to confirm their identity, authority, and acceptance before distributing a prize or processing a withdrawal for a minor.
You may not use PredictClash where participation, receipt of prizes, or cryptocurrency transactions would violate applicable law. Participation is void where prohibited, and you are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful in your location.
2. Free Participation
PredictClash is provided entirely free of charge. No purchase, deposit, subscription, or entry fee is required to participate in a contest.
Participants do not pay or wager money or property through PredictClash for the opportunity to receive a prize. Making a purchase from, or payment to, PredictClash or any third party does not improve a participant’s chances or score.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
Unless PredictClash gives prior permission, each person may maintain only one account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, or created on behalf of another person, except that a parent or legal guardian may assist a minor as permitted by these Terms.
PredictClash may require reasonable identity, age, guardian, eligibility, tax, or account verification before distributing a prize or processing a withdrawal.
4. PredictClash Discretion and Contest Rules
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PredictClash retains sole and absolute discretion over its operation, contests, entries, scoring, rankings, eligibility decisions, accounts, balances, prizes, withdrawals, modifications, suspensions, and closures.
PredictClash may exercise this discretion for any lawful reason or no stated reason and is not required to disclose internal criteria, deliberations, security methods, or evidence. Participation does not create a property right, vested interest, or guaranteed entitlement to any contest, ranking, balance, prize, payment, or continued access to PredictClash.
Each contest may have additional rules displayed with the contest. Depending on the contest, those rules may include eligibility requirements, opening and closing times, entry instructions, scoring and tie procedures, prize amounts and paid positions, verification requirements, and cancellation procedures. Those contest-specific rules form part of these Terms.
Entries must be submitted before the applicable deadline. You are responsible for reviewing your selections before submitting them. PredictClash may accept, refuse, remove, invalidate, or correct any entry at its sole discretion.
If contest-specific rules conflict with these Terms, the contest-specific rules control for that contest, except that the discretion reserved to PredictClash in these Terms remains applicable unless PredictClash expressly states otherwise.
5. Scoring and Results
PredictClash determines contest results using the scoring system and grading rules displayed for the applicable contest.
PredictClash may interpret the rules, determine official sources, resolve ambiguities or ties, and correct or revise results at any time, including after a leaderboard or result has been displayed.
Leaderboards, scores, rankings, winner notices, and other displayed results are preliminary unless and until PredictClash expressly finalizes them. All decisions concerning grading, scoring, ties, rankings, eligibility, results, and finalization are made in PredictClash’s sole discretion and are final to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Contest Changes and Cancellations
PredictClash may close, postpone, shorten, extend, modify, suspend, restart, invalidate, or cancel any contest at any time, before or after its scheduled closing time, for any lawful reason or no stated reason, with or without advance notice.
Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
- Postponed, canceled, abandoned, tied, or inconclusive events
- Incorrect or incomplete contest information
- Technical failures or security incidents
- Fraud, manipulation, or coordinated abuse
- Circumstances outside PredictClash’s reasonable control
- Legal or regulatory concerns
PredictClash may grade any question as inconclusive, change the treatment of an affected question, exclude entries, recalculate results, or cancel the affected contest. If a contest is canceled or invalidated before a prize is actually distributed, no participant is entitled to a prize unless PredictClash decides otherwise.
7. Prizes and Rewards
Any prize amount or paid position displayed for a contest describes a potential discretionary reward only. It is not a promise, guarantee, debt, escrowed fund, or binding obligation to distribute a prize.
All prize funds remain under the ownership and control of PredictClash until actually transferred to a recipient. No participant acquires any ownership interest or enforceable entitlement merely by entering, scoring, appearing on a leaderboard, receiving a winner notice, completing verification, or having an amount displayed in an account.
PredictClash alone decides whether a prize will be awarded, the recipient, amount, form, method, conditions, and timing of distribution. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PredictClash may withhold, deny, reduce, substitute, cancel, revoke, or recover any prize before distribution for any lawful reason or no stated reason.
A potential recipient may be required to provide accurate identity, payment, wallet, guardian, eligibility, or tax information and complete any requested verification. Completing verification does not guarantee payment.
For a participant between 13 and 17 years old, PredictClash may require a verified parent or legal guardian to claim or receive the prize, provide a wallet address, or complete any required tax documentation.
You are responsible for your own taxes and reporting obligations. PredictClash may request tax information, withhold amounts, or report a prize when required by law.
8. Account Balances
A displayed PredictClash balance is a revocable internal bookkeeping entry showing an amount PredictClash may, but is not obligated to, make available for withdrawal. It is not cash, personal property, a bank account, a deposit account, a stored-value account, an insured financial product, or a debt owed to you.
PredictClash may add, remove, reduce, freeze, expire, reverse, or correct any displayed balance at any time in its sole discretion, including after a contest has been scored or finalized.
9. Cryptocurrency Withdrawals
PredictClash may permit eligible balances to be withdrawn using supported cryptocurrency. The withdrawal screen or applicable rules should identify the supported asset, amount, and any applicable network fee or conversion method before a withdrawal is confirmed.
You are responsible for supplying a valid and compatible wallet address and reviewing the transaction details before confirming a withdrawal. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PredictClash is not responsible for funds lost because of an incorrect address, incompatible wallet, loss of wallet access, blockchain conditions, third-party service failures, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
A withdrawal request is not accepted merely because it is submitted or shown as pending. PredictClash may delay, deny, cancel, limit, or condition any withdrawal at its sole discretion for any lawful reason or no stated reason.
Blockchain transactions are publicly recorded and may permanently disclose wallet addresses, amounts, and transaction identifiers.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Create or control multiple accounts without permission
- Submit entries through bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation
- Collude with others to manipulate a contest or leaderboard
- Exploit errors, vulnerabilities, or unintended site behavior
- Attempt to access another user’s account
- Interfere with grading, balances, withdrawals, or site operation
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse another person
- Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
- Use PredictClash for unlawful activity
- Circumvent a suspension, ban, restriction, or security measure
PredictClash may investigate suspected violations and preserve relevant records.
11. Comments and User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, including comments, profile information, and images.
By submitting content, you grant PredictClash a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and promote PredictClash. This license ends when the content is deleted, except to the extent the content has been shared by others, must be retained for legal or security reasons, or remains in routine backups.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or that violates another person’s rights. PredictClash may remove content or restrict commenting when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect the service or its users.
12. PredictClash Content
PredictClash’s software, design, branding, logos, graphics, contest presentation, and original content are owned by or licensed to PredictClash.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit those materials except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.
13. Suspension and Termination
PredictClash may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate any account or participation at any time, with or without notice, for any lawful reason or no stated reason.
Suspension or termination may result in the cancellation of entries, rankings, displayed balances, prizes, and pending withdrawals. No withdrawal or distribution is guaranteed after suspension or termination.
Termination does not prevent PredictClash from retaining records reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, contest integrity, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
14. Service Availability
PredictClash may be modified, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. PredictClash does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of every feature, or continued availability of future contests.
PredictClash may discontinue the service without completing current or future contests and without distributing displayed prizes or balances, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
PredictClash is not responsible for a delay, interruption, or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or network failures, cyberattacks, labor disputes, governmental actions, changes in law, failures of suppliers or service providers, blockchain disruptions, or similar events.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
PredictClash is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
PredictClash makes no guarantee concerning uninterrupted access, error-free operation, future contest availability, the accuracy of third-party information, or any particular result from participation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Assumption of Risk, Release, and Limitation of Liability
You voluntarily assume the risks associated with using an online contest service, including inaccurate information, scoring or grading errors, service interruptions, loss of data, unauthorized account access, security incidents, third-party failures, cryptocurrency volatility, irreversible blockchain transactions, and the loss or denial of potential prizes, balances, or withdrawals.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge the PredictClash Parties from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from or relating to your access to or use of PredictClash, participation in a contest, contest administration or results, account actions, displayed balances, prizes, withdrawals, security incidents, third-party services, or cryptocurrency transactions, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of any PredictClash Party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the PredictClash Parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages, regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if the possibility of such damages was known.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the PredictClash Parties are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access, hacking, cyberattacks, data loss, third-party failures, network outages, inaccurate third-party information, incorrect wallet information, blockchain conditions, user error, or circumstances outside their reasonable control.
Where liability cannot be excluded, the combined and aggregate liability of all PredictClash Parties for all claims arising from or relating to PredictClash will not exceed $100.
This section does not release or limit liability for conduct constituting greater than ordinary negligence, fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability or right that cannot legally be released, limited, or excluded.
17. Indemnification
If you are an adult user, or a parent or legal guardian accepting these Terms for a minor, then to the fullest extent permitted by law you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the PredictClash Parties from claims, demands, proceedings, liabilities, judgments, damages, penalties, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or relating to:
- Your use or misuse of PredictClash
- Your entries, comments, profile information, or other submitted content
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
- Your fraud, manipulation, unauthorized activity, or infringement of another person’s rights
- Your wallet address, withdrawal instructions, tax obligations, or cryptocurrency transactions
- A minor participant for whom you accepted these Terms
PredictClash may control the defense and settlement of a covered claim, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation. You may not settle a claim in a manner that imposes liability, an admission, or an obligation on a PredictClash Party without prior written consent.
18. Privacy
PredictClash’s collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of these Terms constitutes acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy but does not replace any separate consent required by applicable privacy or advertising law.
19. Third-Party Services
PredictClash may rely on hosting providers, security services, advertising providers, email providers, blockchain networks, wallet services, and other third parties.
Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PredictClash is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
20. Changes to These Terms
PredictClash may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date and version and do not require PredictClash to continue any feature, contest, balance, or prize offered under an earlier version.
The revised Terms will display a new effective date and version. When changes are material, PredictClash may require you—or, for a participant under 18, the participant’s parent or legal guardian—to accept the updated Terms before continued participation.
21. Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction over the dispute and the parties.
Before filing a claim, you agree to provide a written description of the dispute through the Contact page and allow at least 30 days for an informal resolution attempt.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and PredictClash waive any right to a jury trial. Each party may bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, claimant, or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, mass, or representative proceeding.
22. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable contest-specific rules constitute the complete agreement between you and PredictClash concerning your use of the service.
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written permission. PredictClash may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a transfer, reorganization, change in operation, or sale of all or part of the service.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, fiduciary, trust, escrow, or banking relationship between you and PredictClash.
The provisions concerning discretion, prizes, balances, cryptocurrency, user content, suspension, warranties, releases, liability, indemnification, disputes, and any provisions that by their nature should continue will survive account termination or discontinuation of the service.
23. Contact
Questions concerning these Terms may be submitted through the PredictClash Contact page.
