PredictClash respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be disclosed, and the choices available to you when you use PredictClash.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Password in securely hashed form
  • Profile picture and biography
  • Contest entries, predictions, confidence selections, comments, and submission times
  • Account balance and transaction history
  • Cryptocurrency wallet addresses and withdrawal information
  • Communications sent through our support or contact systems

We may also collect information automatically, including:

  • Pages visited and actions performed
  • Login, session, and security information

Do not include sensitive personal information in your username, biography, comments, or other publicly visible areas.

  • Process cryptocurrency withdrawals or other requested transactions

Service providers are given only the information reasonably necessary to perform their functions.

5. Google AdSense and Advertising

PredictClash may use Google AdSense and other advertising services.

Google and other third-party vendors may place and read cookies on your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, and similar technologies to collect information as a result of advertisements being displayed on PredictClash.

These technologies may be used to:

  • Display and measure advertisements
  • Limit how often an advertisement appears
  • Detect invalid activity and advertising fraud
  • Provide personalized or non-personalized advertising where permitted
  • Understand interactions with advertisements

6. Cryptocurrency Withdrawals

If you request a cryptocurrency withdrawal, we may collect and retain your wallet address, withdrawal amount, transaction identifier, and related processing records.

Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains. Blockchain records may permanently display wallet addresses, transaction amounts, transaction identifiers, and other transaction information. PredictClash cannot alter or delete information recorded on a public blockchain.

Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions should not be considered private.

7. Cookies and Sessions

PredictClash may use essential cookies to:

  • Keep users signed in
  • Maintain sessions
  • Protect forms and accounts
  • Prevent unauthorized activity
  • Remember necessary preferences

Advertising and analytics providers may use additional cookies or similar technologies as described in this Privacy Policy.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate PredictClash, maintain accurate contest and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Some information may remain in backups, security logs, financial records, public contest records, or blockchain records after an account is closed.

9. Data Security

PredictClash uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information. However, no website, database, network, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

PredictClash cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or disclosure will never occur. If a legally reportable data breach occurs, PredictClash will provide notice as required by applicable law.

10. Your Choices and Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information through the PredictClash Contact page.

Requests may be denied or limited when retaining information is reasonably necessary to:

  • Maintain contest integrity
  • Preserve transaction or withdrawal records
  • Prevent fraud or abuse
  • Resolve disputes
  • Enforce agreements
  • Protect legal rights
  • Comply with applicable law

Before completing a request, PredictClash may require reasonable identity verification.

11. Children’s Privacy

PredictClash is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we may delete the information and associated account.

12. External Services and Links

PredictClash may contain links to third-party websites, blockchain explorers, advertisers, or other external services. PredictClash does not control the privacy practices of those services. Their own policies govern information they collect.

13. Changes to This Policy

PredictClash may update this Privacy Policy when its services, practices, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of PredictClash after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy where permitted by law.
